Wild raspberry and menthol, intensely herbal and savoury: muscle balm. In the mouth, the wine appears concentrated and almost compact, a juicy acidity and light green tones in the tannin prove the wish for low alcohol. The minerality is well defined, the finish is taut and rather closed.
