The red wine Hilandar Red Mount Athos PDI, vintage 2018 from the winery Hilandar Wines has been rated in 2024 by Peter Moser with 92 Falstaff points.
Intense garnet, ochre reflections, broad and bright rim. A fine bouquet with notes of dark fruits of the forest, hints of sweet cherry and orange zest. Juicy on the palate, nuances of sweet cherry, subtle fruit expression, elegant, ripe tannins and a touch of nougat on the finish. Already very well developed, a versatile food wine.
