Cool, clear fruit aromas on the nose with notes of sour cherry, blackcurrant, blackberry and pomegranate. Also some white liquorice and alpine herbs. Beautiful fullness and acidity on the palate. Aromas of dried plum and cherry as well as herbal and savoury components and a hint of white liquorice. Well-integrated ripe tannin, long finish.
