The red wine Pinot Noir, vintage 2013 from the winery Höcklistein – Weingut am Zürichsee has been rated in 2017 by Martin Kilchmann with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Lake Zurich in Switzerland.
Medium-bodied red; restrained, slightly hidden bouquet, a hint of rubber, subtle wood (coffee), notes of plums and stone fruit; strong attack on the palate, rugged tannins, striking acidity, roasted aromas, strongly characterized by the extraction; long, juicy finish. Quite a massive, concentrated Pinot Noir.
