Tasting Notes
Pale yellow with green reflections; still restrained on the nose, needs some air, notes of pear, quince; strong attack on the palate, medium-bodied, ripe acidity, a hint of carbonic acid, subtle sweetness; finishes quite long on a subtle residual sweetness. Powerful, piquant Räuschling that is a pleasure to drink.
