Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.02.2025: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Dark ruby in colour. On the nose, aromas that are currently characterized by ageing: intense wood spice, mace, clove, and cola nut, as well as dark fruit notes of plum and cherry. The medium-bodied palate is juicy with taut acidity, and fine, noticeable tannins. Appropriate length. Somewhat slim in character.
