Tasting Notes
Rich, bright ruby red. Opens on the nose with elegant herbs and spices, then fresh cherries, some wild berries, a hint of blood, a touch of bacon on the finish. Juicy on the palate with tightly woven tannins and a delicate texture, polished, wonderfully complex, salty undertones, good length, still young.
