Brilliant straw yellow with subtle olive green highlights. Inviting, expressive nose, compact, clean, notes of lemon zest, orange blossom, wet stone and some cold smoke. The palate has an elegant fruit texture, is balanced and harmonious, extremely elegant with good finesse, multilayered.
