Fir honey, ripe blackberry, crème de cassis, quite strong tannin on the palate, corpulent, alcohol at the upper edge of the harmony window, but well covered by the extract, slight sweetness in the fruit, still compact, counteracts some of the expectations of Australia with its taut tannin structure.
