Tasting from 26.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright silver-grey with a fine mousse rim. Fragrant nose of white flowers and juicy citrus fruits, light peach. Balanced on the palate, with an elegant interplay of sweetness and acidity, lively and clear, drinks very well.
