Dark ruby red with brightening on the rim. Initially, pronounced peppery-savoury aromas, then notes of black elderberries, mint and stony nuances. Polished on the palate, subtle notes of elderberries, tightly woven, juicy and clear, with a touch of mint on the finish. Has benefited from bottle ageing!
