Tasting Notes
Dark, bright ruby red colour. Aromas precise and clear on the nose of pepper, ripe wild berries, with fine hints of bread crust, wood and mint. Initially grippy and firm on the palate, showing fine pepper flavours and beautiful acidity, spans a fine arc, currently still very young, good foresight.
