The red wine Cepparello IGT, vintage 2014 from the winery Isole e Olena has been rated in 2018 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Clear, intense ruby, rich to the rim. Opens with notes of graphite and flint, then lots of rich berryish fruit, some violets, good concentration. Juicy and clear on the palate, opens with fresh cherry notes and wild raspberry, finely meshed tannin, fine and broad fruit texture.
