Bright, shimmering lemon yellow. Quite ripe on the nose, fermented apple, ripe pear, with some grapefruit and elderberry. Crisp on the attack, shows juicy playfulness, clear, with fine tension, then somewhat edgy on the finish, finishes abruptly.
