Bright silver grey with green reflections, fine and persistent mousse. Yellow peach on the nose, fresh pineapple, hints of rosemary in the background. Soft on the palate, fine-grained mousse and well-integrated acidity, animatingly fruity with a slight bitter note, good tension.
