Tasting from 25.04.2025: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Medium ruby colour. Concise yeasty notes on the nose, black cherry, some plum, also savoury nuances. Medium-bodied on the palate, again with dark fruit and nuances of oak. Finishes slightly tart with fine tannins. Lacks a little drive on the palate.
