Tasting from 25.04.2025: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Medium golden yellow. Intense notes of fresh yeast, subtle lemon and green apple. Only slightly sweet on the palate with nuances of lime blossom, lemon and, again, distinctive yeast notes. Nice acidity, medium-long finish.
