The sekt Crémant brut, vintage 2023 from the winery Jechtinger Weinmanufakutur has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
Fresh, delicately yeasty aroma, paired with citrus fruit, yellow apple and yellow flowers, also a little saline herbaceousness. Also on the palate with mineral grip and fine phenolics, with fresh mousse, round and balanced and with a tart, yeasty length.
