The sekt »Pinot« brut, vintage 2023 from the winery Jechtinger Weinmanufakutur has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Grauburgunder, Weißburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
Nutty, warm and savoury aroma, but also elderflower, spearmint and white peach. With fresh, animating mousse, accessible type, also due to a delicate fruit sweetness on the palate, creamy mouthfeel, gives a lot of uncomplicated drinking pleasure.
