Light golden yellow, silver reflections. Fresh gooseberries, some cassis and herbs, background with fine yellow tropical fruit, multi-faceted bouquet. Juicy, elegant, white fruit of peach, fine sweetness, well embedded acidity, mineral on the finish, balanced and well developed, versatile food companion.
