Bright light yellow-green colour. Fine gooseberry notes, delicate candied lime zest, a hint of herbs, tightly woven bouquet. Good complexity, taut, sweet extract, pineapple, fresh orange notes, lively acidity, lingers for a long time, certain ageing potential.
