Medium yellow-green, silver glints. Dark bristling minerality, delicate flint nuances, a hint of yellow stone fruit, and passion fruit. Juicy, firm, fine structure, saline-mineral nuances, papaya, and displaying complexity and persistence. A multilayered food companion with good ageing potential.
