Tasting from 03.01.2024: Peter Moser & Ulrich Sautter

On the nose, almond, cherry stone and flint, mineral-peppery notes and a hint of thyme. On the palate, the wine is balanced and poised, the fine grained and initially mellow tannins coat the palate homogeneously, aromatically and persistently. The supple base supports and integrates all of the components giving a harmonious, complete wine that combines minerality with richness.
