Tasting Notes
A complex varietal aroma, combining highly ripe fruit with good freshness and clarity. A hint of yeast. Medlar. Kumquat, very ripe Charentais melon. Smooth start, then quite a power, integrated acidity that gains some intensity on the finish, beautiful in its clarity and varietal expression, but of course no lightweight.
