Tasting from 07.10.2022: Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser, Dominik Vombach, Anne Krebiehl

"Electric" on the nose, incendiary, deeply mineral, red berries, plum, mint, sloe, a hint of Fernet Branca. In the mouth, the wine starts oily, then a mellow, ripe, equally mild and plastic tannin fills the palate, the seamlessly integrated acidity gives the fruit freshness and lift, it all seems so unaffected and natural, and lingers on the palate for ages, savoury and fruity.
