Tasting from 15.08.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Spicy new wood and citrus flavours contrast with each other. Spicy notes and some liquorice are added on contact with the air. On the palate, the wine demonstrates an unaffected cut: it is not too fat, but still has supple motifs, the acidity carries and gives structure without being in the foreground. A good accompaniment to food.
