Dark chocolate, raisins, dried cherries, herbs, spices, a balsamic overtone. On the palate, elegant, with a pronounced acidity, juicy and a very well extracted, not too soft, ripe tannins that does not overshadow the fruit. Wonderful with an herbed rack of lamb.
