The white wine Collio Bianco DOC, vintage 2018 from the winery Edi Keber has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Friulano, Ribolla Gialla, Malvasia
Brilliant, rich straw yellow. Exciting and complex nose, opens with notes of grapefruit peel, then dried herbs, fresh, juicy apple. Exciting at the beginning and later on the palate, very pronounced and precise fruit, fine savoury components, all integrated in the ripe fruit texture.
