Tasting from 28.08.2023: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

Intense bouquet with a smoky spiciness. Notes of cherry confit, orange zest, ripe plum and cocoa. Polished and elegant on the palate, with ripe acidity and vivid roasted aromas. Lots of caramel on the finish.
