The red wine Vigna Ganger Pinot Noir Riserva Südtirol DOC, vintage 2016 from the winery Kellerei Girlan has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 97 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Clear, intense ruby garnet. Initially distinctly savoury on the nose with cardamom, coriander seed and bay leaf, then fine red berry fruit. On the palate as if from a single mould, unfolds with precision with firm, well-integrated tannin and a long finish. A delight.
