The red wine Curlan Pinot Noir Riserva Südtirol DOC, vintage 2021 from the winery Kellerei Girlan has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Nero from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Bright ruby red, purple reflections, brightening on the rim. On the nose, a great interplay between compact fruit and intriguing savouriness, hints of ripe strawberries, orange zest and cardamom. Full of tension on the palate, with a silky tannin structure, animating acidity and a long, slightly salty finish.
