Some ice candy, white flowers, apple, and some yeast, acacia, lilac, peach, quite complex. Fiery and powerful on the palate, lots of power and pressure, dry and balanced, rather subtle acidity, but the high alcohol is noticeable. Good density, needs food accompaniment to integrate the alcohol.
