Intense straw yellow with a bright core. A strong floral nose of elderflower, with some gooseberry and fresh grapefruit. Tight and fresh on the palate with a great integrated and lively acidity. It playfully unfolds across the tongue, lingers long on the finish, and has a salty aftertaste.
