This Müller-Thurgau could not be more typical: tight savoury notes, ripe, yellow-fleshed fruit and fine floral aromas of honeysuckle and hyacinth. It's a delicately tart wine with a charming interplay of sweetness and acidity, and beautiful length. Ideal with quiche.
