Bright, intense ruby. Fine, appealing nose with notes of cloves, raspberry and strawberry, dark red roses in the background. Lots of rich fruit on the palate, builds up nicely, after pickled cranberries, delicate tannins, a fine counterpart to the sweetness, long finish.
