Bright, pale golden yellow. Distinctly fragrant aromas of ripe tropical fruit, nut butter and roasted pine, plus candied citrus fruits. Hits the palate with a tightly meshed mousse and stretches beautifully over the tongue. Mineral-salty mouthfeel with plenty of tension and good complexity. Animating acidity and plenty of length, lively character.
