Tasting Notes
Pale straw yellow with light green nuances, appearing very fresh. It opens on the nose with mineral notes, then of white peach, some fennel, dill, it is multi-layered. Tightly woven on the palate, taut texture, crisp, juicy fruit, round and balanced on the finish. It has a very long finish, is salty and mineral, and it vibrates!
