Tasting Notes
Clear, rich yellow-green. Deep and appealing nose, opens with notes of flint, tree-ripened apple, fresh pineapple and gooseberry. Terrific balance on the palate with fine fruit, mirabelle, pineapple, some baby banana and pronounced mineral components give the wine real complexity. The finish is very long.
More about the tastingDelicately spicy, candied orange zest, fine nuances of gooseberries and cassis, a hint of nougat and blossom honey. Juicy, fine white fruit, mineral texture, fine acidity, a hint of lime, full of finesse and very long-lasting with a racy finish.
