It is a wine made from the grape varieties Weißburgunder, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Rich, bright straw yellow with a green shimmer. Polished and very precise nose, opens with notes of ripe apple, some pear, then walnuts, but also grapefruit and subtle thyme savouriness in the background. Very tense on the attack, very precise, salty, with fine yellow fruit notes, lingers for a very long time, juicy.
