Tasting from 01.07.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Light, bright ruby red colour. The nose is open, clean and clear. Aromas of cedar wood, raspberries and ripe strawberries. Leather and raw meat follow with oxygen. Multilayered. Sweet opening note on the palate with silky tannins that stretch out well. A light hint of bitter almond note on the finish, a little bit dry. Medium finish.
