Sparkling straw yellow with light green notes. Finely drawn nose with notes of freshly picked apple, some pear, banana, fine kitchen herbs in the background. Fine playfulness on the palate, beautifully defined fruit, expands well, full-bodied, fine salty notes on the finish.
