The spumante Pas Dosé Südtirol DOC, vintage 2016 from the winery Kettmeir has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Intense, brilliant lemon yellow with persistent mousse. Inviting nose of rich yellow fruit with a hint of sea salt, dried citrus zest, light fumé, with a green apple aftertaste. Balanced on the palate with very well-integrated mousse, spreads stylishly and elegantly over the tongue, harmonious, crisp and dry finish.
