Bright, flint light gold with persistent mousse. On the nose whiff of smoke, salt, iodine tone, cooling, grapefruit, dried pineapple and lemon juice. On the palate balanced with crisp fruit and very well integrated mousse, lively, easily salty, harmonious all the way through.
