This has a pale greenish yellow colour, with silver reflections. There are lovely cassis notes underlaid with some meadow herbs, along with delicate white apple fruit, and citrus zest. It is juicy, with a fresh structure, some sweet gooseberry on the finish, a slight saltiness, and pear fruit on the aftertaste. It is already easy to drink.
