The sweet and dessert wine Südtiroler Goldmuskateller Vinalia DOC, vintage 2010 from the winery Muri - Gries has been rated in 2012 with 91 - 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Gelber Muskateller from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Brilliant, rich golden yellow. A distinctly fragrant nose with notes of bergamot, candied lemon peel, and apricots. Full-bodied and concentrated on the palate, it also displays plenty of sweet fruit and lively acidity; it still comes across as youthful and impetuous, but with aging it becomes very well-balanced, with a long finish.
