Intense straw yellow with glittering reflections. Aromatic on the nose, with hints of pear yoghurt and Parmesan cheese, followed by white peach and white-rose petal. On the palate, a cool fruit core showing light phenolics. Medium-structured, persistent and slightly alcoholic on the finish.
