The sweet and dessert wine Ruster Ausbruch „Genesis No.3“, vintage 1998 from the winery Kraft aus Rust has been rated in 2004 with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Furmint from the region Rust in Austria.
A wine in the essence range: the alcoholic component is missing here, but the sugar-free extract is almost in the three-digit range (99.2 grams), the residual sugar is beyond 300 grams. This tastes of dried apricots, confit, vanilla, a little peach, a very multi-layered "wine" with good acid definition. Should be meditated on with great devotion. In any case, it will live longer than any of its buyers.
