Light salmon pink, pink touch, silver reflections, delicate mousse. Fresh bouquet of lime zest and cassis, mineral touch. Taut, tightly woven, green apple, currant, fresh acidity, a hint of sweetness on the finish, balanced, makes you want a second glass.
