The white wine »Kalkstein« Gau-Odernheim Herrgottspfad Riesling trocken, vintage 2017 from the winery Krebs-Grode has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
This is lovely, elegant, and yet powerful on the nose, with aromas of young apricot, lemon zest and wet stone. It has a minerality on the palate along with a light phenolics note. It is a varietal Riesling with a very attractive finish that is a pleasure to drink.
