The red wine »Quarterra«, vintage 2018 from the winery Krebs-Grode has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Dorsa, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Cortis, Frühburgunder from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Smoky wood, some yeast, elderberry, sage and wormwood. Black cherry. Dense with firm, slightly rappish tannins, smoothly grounded, powerful in body, ripe in acidity, a fleshy, firmly extracted wine built for certain ageing potential.
